Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. 

We do ship internationally, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Unless otherwise noted, orders ship in 2 to 5 business days. Orders with more than 12 items may take up to 5 business days.

RETURNS:

Texture Design Co. accepts the return of new and unused items for up to 30 days after receipt. All returns must have original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or any personalized items. 
To begin the return process, send an email to emily@texturedesignco.com and include the order # and reason for returning.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

When your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
